Dr. Ava Waters-Maze - When Gatha called and said she had something to show me, I was not looking for anything else to do! I was very busy with my fulltime job as a Discipline and attendance Supervisor for all of the schools in the City of Huntsville, AL. With responsibility for approximately 23,000 students, the job was enough by itself but I was also spending a tremendous amount of time completing the coursework for my doctoral degree and doing the research necessary to complete the writing of my dissertation. However, I had experienced success with Gatha in the past. I knew of her work with the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, her success in the community and that she was a sharp businesswoman.       Gatha helped me get started. We developed a “plan of action” and we worked it as a team. My business grew rapidly. I duplicated. I was willing to train, but I was also willing to learn. I listened to the one who had walked the walk before me. Gatha is a tremendous mentor.
      I was attracted by the business opportunity as well as the money. The fact that the product would sell itself was icing on the cake. My focus is not on retailing the product. Dr. Pamela Blome - I met Gatha at a Women’s Business Conference a few years ago where she spoke on the topic of “Leadership”. I asked her at the break if I could spend some time with her. Carol Pearson… My background has been a business-owner for over 34 years in the retail grocery industry with stores in multiple locations. My husband and I started our business in a small town with a small retail grocery and built it to being an extremely successful business from the start by recognizing the power of integrity, honesty, love for people and customer service. Someone said long ago, “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care!” This is true in every walk of life. It is all about “friendship” and opening your life to include other people. There are multiple companies out there that would like their business. How bad do you want their business?
     How can your product line increase their revenue? What is the marketing strategy? Where is their advertising budget? Bottomline, how can their business grow? I KNOW that we have the product and the company to make it happen for them. I have seen it happen over and over again. My beliefs in the FaceLift are in place!
     My belief in myself and my product allows me to market confidently. With the team we have in place any Sales Rep can make any amount they want to with our product. We are pioneering, the VERY first FaceLift in the WholeSale/Beauty Industry….unbelievable!
