Cathy Flener of Morgantown recently joined Gatha Crowson of Crowson Productions, Inc. of Athens, AL on Crowson's National Speaking Tour.  Flener was invited on the tour that covered Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio from 
April 27 through May 04.

Gatha Crowson is an international speaker, trainer, author and corporate consultant and CEO of her own multi-million dollar buisness.  She began her career speaking to religious audiences and women's groups, telling how life really is and letting women know that regardless of your level of dysfunction or the pain in your life experiences, you can overcome, start over, step out and be everything God created you to be.  Women in the business world heard her story and today she has hoted over 7,000 presentations in the U.S. alone.

When asked why Flener was invited to appear with Crowson on her international tour, Crowson's reply,  "I have known Cathy for several years and I have watched as she overcame every life lesson that was placed before her.  Her faith, strength and ability to touch the hearts of others is so powerful, it was my honor to have her on this tour.  Cathy was diagnosed with MS in 1990 and has lived through many difficult life experiences but she remains a constant source of hope and encouragement to all who hear her speak."

Flener said of the tour, "It was a dream come true.  Gatha has been a friend and mentor for years.  In spite of being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1977 that led to many serious physical disabilties, she kept her faith in God and herself, saying that life experiences are God's homework.  She had been sexually, emotionally and physically abused for 17 years and finally she learned how to apply God's homework to her life to overcome and reach mountaintop experiences in her personal life and career."

On the tour Flener and Crowson spoke to several groups where the community is invited to attend FREE seminars.  Flener added that she enjoyed all of the audiences but especially the Stress Management Seminar for the Social Services Department of Shawano County, WI, and doing a presentation entitled "Cleaning Out the Closet of Your Life" presented before the United Christian Women's Organization in Sears, MI.

Stress Management Seminar
